Toast App is an AI-powered food logging application that allows users to log meals and receive estimated calorie and nutritional information. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze food descriptions and images to provide these estimates.

3. Fair Use

You agree to use the Service fairly and responsibly. This includes:

• Using the app for personal food tracking and nutritional awareness purposes.
• Not abusing the AI features by submitting excessive, automated, or bot-generated requests.
• Not attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or data.
• Not using the Service to generate data for competing products or services.
• Not circumventing any rate limits or usage restrictions.

We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that violate fair use, including excessive API usage that impacts service quality for other users.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Calorie counts, nutritional information, and other data provided by Toast App are AI-generated estimates and may not be fully accurate. The Service is not a substitute for professional dietary, nutritional, or medical advice. You should not rely solely on Toast App for dietary decisions, especially if you have health conditions, allergies, or specific dietary needs. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated nutritional estimates.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the food logs, images, and other content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., analyzing food images for calorie estimation). We will not use your content for other purposes without your consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
